Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 19 August 2026 · Nareflo (Pty) Ltd · Questions: devan@nareflo.co.za
1. Who you are contracting with
Veyntiq is a website health monitoring service operated and supplied by Nareflo (Pty) Ltd ("Nareflo", "we", "us"), a company registered in South Africa and trading as Veyntiq. These terms form the agreement between you and Nareflo (Pty) Ltd for your use of the Veyntiq software service. You can reach us at devan@nareflo.co.za.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use Veyntiq you agree to these terms. If you are using Veyntiq on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement.
3. What Veyntiq provides
Veyntiq lets you add websites you are responsible for and monitor their health. The service performs server-side checks on the URLs you add — availability and response status, homepage link checks, homepage form detection, and HTTPS/security header checks — records the results and history, tracks open issues, can run those checks on a daily or weekly schedule, and can email you when a new critical issue is detected.
Plans and allowances: Free (1 website), Starter (up to 10 websites, USD 29 per month) and Agency (up to 50 websites, USD 99 per month). Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and may include taxes calculated at that point.
4. Your account and your websites
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account, and for providing accurate account information. You must only add websites that you own or are authorised to monitor on behalf of their owner. You are responsible for the content of the sites you add.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Veyntiq:
- for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or to send spam;
- to infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- to attack, probe, load-test, scrape or otherwise interfere with websites or systems you are not authorised to test, or with Veyntiq itself;
- to upload or distribute malware, or to circumvent technical or plan limits (including website allowances or scan scheduling);
- to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all ownership of Veyntiq, including its software, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected. You keep ownership of your own data; you grant us a limited right to host and process it solely to provide the service to you.
7. Service level and accuracy
We work to keep Veyntiq available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scan results are automated diagnostics, not a warranty about the state of your websites, and they may miss issues or report issues that turn out to be benign. You remain responsible for decisions you make about your websites. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are excluded.
8. Payments, billing and our reseller (Merchant of Record)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
In practice this means Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, sales tax/VAT, invoices and receipts, subscription billing, cancellations processed through the billing portal, and refunds for the transaction. Paddle does not operate, host or provide the Veyntiq monitoring service — that is provided by Nareflo (Pty) Ltd, and product support is handled by us at devan@nareflo.co.za.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Our own refund window is described in our Refund Policy.
9. Cancellation, downgrade and suspension
You can cancel a paid plan at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep your paid allowance until then. After that your account moves to the Free plan: your existing websites and their scan history are kept, but you will not be able to add new websites beyond the Free allowance until you subscribe again.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious misuse. Where reasonable and lawful we will contact you first.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with this agreement is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, from monitoring websites you were not authorised to monitor, or from your breach of these terms.
11. Changes to the service and these terms
We may improve or change the service, and we may update these terms — for example to reflect new features or legal requirements. Where a change is material we will give reasonable notice. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections available to you in your own country of residence.
13. General
You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger, acquisition or reorganisation. Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
